Thanks to me question on this earlier today, I can actually help with this
:-)

Assuming you have Reply-To in the custom headers section of your Pine
configuration (if not, you'll need to add it), just go to compose a new
message, then hit ctrl-r to get the rich header options.  One of them will
be Reply-To, and you just have to put your reply-to address in there and
you're all set. 

For most mail that I answer, I use my regular e-mail address and so don't
need to set the reply-to field, but some of it is tech support mail and
some of it is from our online Japanese lesson web site, so I use different
return addresses for that stuff.  Finding out how to do that in Pine
really came in handy.
