schweiz:~/.netscape$ ls -l cookies
-r--------   1 schweiz  users         192 Mar 25 11:07 cookies

If you don't want to accept cookies, set the permissions to read only.
That way you don't have to bother with the cookies messages. When you
want to accept cookies (like you're at amazon.com) set the perms back to
-rw-------
