No, I'm not.  Microsoft bought DOS from another company and did little or
nothing other than rename it to Microsoft DOS before getting it adopted by
IBM as the PC operating system.  If DOS is a CP/M port, this is A) News to
me, and B) Something that wasn't done by MS.
