The one place that I found with a constant supply of these was DOS/V
Paradise.  They are with parity, and cost about 2800 yen each.  I used
them in Sparc 2's.  The more recent ones have gone down to 2 chips
(16Mbit).  I guess they'll have to stop making these when everyone
finishes switching to 64Mbit chips : )
