OK, that's changed. It's hard to tell 'active' members vis-a-vis
all the interested people...

Right now all the links off the top TWICS page redirect to the
Pacific High Tech server. There's also a notice at the top of
the page telling people to reset their bookmarks. Let's leave it
that way for a couple of weeks. I'm going to have to redirect
some other pages like the Linus and RMS interviews as well. 

Anyone see any other concerns with the move to PHT?
