It's a lot of extra work/hassle to do this.  If it were easy and simple,
I'm sure everyone would do it.  Just using gettext isn't enough, either,
there's word wrapping issues, formatting, fonts, etc.. and if you're NOT a
native speaker or at least know Japanese, it's very hard to know when it's
working right :)
