Hmm, that was about as clear a brick.  What I meant was that if you buy
directly from Amazon, nobody gets anything.  If a person, company, or
organization has some books sold by Amazon advertised on their site and
linked to Amazon's online store, they can get a percentage from whatever
Amazon sells through them.
