Juggernaut allows you to monitor sessions. It goes even farther:
you can make it watch out for strings, e.g. "login" and log a
specified amount of data after that. Originally this was made
for password sniffing - but it can also be used to look for
strings of all kinds and see what happens after for any kind of
debugging purposes. You can even insert strings into an existing
sessions for test purposes, disrupt sessions etc. - however,
this does not work very reliably.

Although the tool originally developed for malicious purposes, I
see a lot of constructive use if you have serious network
trouble. However, think before you use it. It is a powerful tool
and has the potential of doing serious damage - or a lot of
good. It is all up to you, its user !
