Okay, cgi has been enabled for the directory

/home/tpj-jp/public_html/cgi-bin

I think so too so I'll keep working on it. I really like the
debugging option with CGIwrap

Urs is all set - just call the script like

http://tlug.pht.co.jp/~tpj-jp/cgi-bin/test.pl
