What? You haven't run XEmacs???  :-)

It's just one of the standard programs that come with it. VM is the
mail reader. It has quite a few features. I personally like Gnus, but
then it doesn't do IMAP (yet) so I've been hanging out with pine for
awhile now (great Japanese support).
