In any case, I have found a web version for those who are interested in
joining.  The fee is \1,000 per entry.  Here is how to sign up:

To join this group, go to the following URL

http://games-ESPN.SportsZone.com/cgi/tcmen/request.dll?FRONTPAGE

Look for the group named "Tokyo" and enter the password "mikio".
If no name appears between the "", there is no password required to join the
group.
