Sounds good.  Either way, it's most likely that the distribution that will
be installed will use RPMs.  Making RPMs might a good part of installing
and configuring the addidion software.  

Making RPMs is also simple and it's good for anyone to know how to do.  It
will aid in system maintanance/upgrade ability as well.
