JPNIC requres an official certificate of your seal ($B0u4U>ZL@(B: inkan
sho-mei), which is available from Kuyakusho/Shiyakusho in your
ward/city. There is a order form available in Kuyakusho/Shiyakusho.
You fill in the blanks, submit it, and after a few minutes (hopefully
:-) they return a certificate paper which format is officialy fixed.
I'm not sure, sorry, but maybe 200 yen/sheet or so.

Is this what you want to know?
