Especially, as there is actually an official SunSite in
Tokyo <http://sunsite.sut.ac.jp/> *and* it is pretty fast.
I also think that instead of mirroring an easily available
resource like SunSite, it makes more sense to try to mirror
the different Linux related resources that are spread all
over the net.
