not that beggars can be choosers, but can we get authorization to
house the server after you leave back for the states?  This
could be quite beneficial for PHT with the proper cool
"sponsored by PHT" logo  or "TurboLinux Now" logo.   

How about if TLUG enters into a business agreement with marketing
considerations in exchange for server space and bandwidth.  
I'm just trying to maintain the stability of the server routes.
However, I see PHT as the ideal site for this because PHT
would benefit from the marketing.  Thus, it would be more than
just good will, PHT would have a business reason for keeping
the server there.
