tlug: NTT loopback

I am trying to use my fax locally as a printer for my laptop.
Does anyone know a number in Tokyo that I can dial to keep
the line quiet while I fax?  I hope there's a test number,
loopback, or something (I don't know what to call it) with
only local calling charges.  Just starting to dial a number
yields only enough time to transmit about 1 page.
