Hi.

Have you tried ふぁすとばっく (<-fasutobakku in hiragana)?
To me Osaka is like a foreign country I only dream about (but never
actually get the chance to travel to) so I'm not quite sure what the
store is like, but the name appears often in Unix-related magazines and
the way they're mentioned somehow makes me think they're equivalent to
"Plat'home" in Akihabara, in which case it is highly probable that you
will find your choice of Linux CD-ROMs there.
