Hi,
just to ensure that everyone understands that Wednesday is mainly
for eating and drinking.  We are going to an Izakaya which is a
bar with food.  It may be difficult to talk to the entire group,
so there is no planned schedule of events.  We are only getting
a table in a crowded bar, so there is no test equipment.  The
bar is probably going to be noisy.  Last time, the bill came
out to under 2,000 yen per person.  

In my opinion, the last event was very successful.  We got to meet a
lot people and it was fun to learn about things in a relaxed
atmosphere.  Although there is no planned talk, it is quite
likely that the people sitting next to you will have a lot of
good information.  

We'll probably start off the night with self-introductions where
you give your name, Linux history, and use of Linux.  

I was thinking that maybe halfway through the evening we should 
initiate a seating switch where people pick up their beer and
small plate 子皿 and move next to other people.  

If anyone has t-shirt ideas, please bring them.  It would 
also be nice to get a volunteer to be in charge of the 
project t-shirt.  

Name tags might be helpful.  I used to have a box of those
plastic namecard holders with the clips for people's pockets,
but I don't have them anymore.   I'm not sure how people
would feel about wearing a name tag, especially if they are
sober.
