Hi,
just for clarification to the group.  We are going to be networking
the meeting room, cleaning up the Sparcs and doing configuration
from about 10:30 ish at Joe's office.  Alberto and John are
doing the run from John's office to HSBC with the Sparc
equipment.  I'll probably go straight to Joe's place at 10:30
for the preparation.  Anyone interested in setup, contact
Joe.  Everyone else, meet at Tokyo station ticket
gate for lunch, Starbucks for coffee or at the meeting site.
