tlug: Choking

Hi all,

A friend of mine (really a friend of mine) is working on a project for
school. His instructor asked him a question on choking (choke) as it
applies to system performance and customer satisfaction. When he asked
me my answer was, well if your system chokes....reload.

Do any of you know what this term applies to? If so could you answer
this evening? Thanks in advance.

Blaine
