I _think_ I remember seeing a setup very much like that on a GOL
address a few months ago.  So you might try Global Online
(sales@example.com).  They advertised being flexible about customers'
needs, and yours don't seem unreasonable to me.

Also, the reason I was digging in the DNS like that was because I was
tracking someone who'd cracked my system.  I seem to recall that GOL
was _not_ one of the several providers managing class-B nets with
nameservers suborned by the crackers.  That's a plus in itself.
