There have been repeated folks showing up in the ssh group complaining
about getting "signal 6" when trying to compile ssh 1.2.21 with gcc
2.7.2.2. The collective wisdom there seems to be to use either 2.7.2.3
or fall back to 2.7.2.1, but avoid 2.7.2.2.
