I'm not sure if it is available for public purchase yet.
I've never seen the English copy.  However, O' Reilly has
the text and intend to translate it into Japanese for publication.
I think they are still looking for a Japanese person that 
knows device drivers and wants to translate a book.  Evidently,
this type of person is a little difficult to find.
