Anybody know what to do about this?  With a conforming MIME tool, the
headers get translated to beautiful ISO-Latin-1, but the stupid TLUG
blurb doesn't, because the headers say "Content-Transfer-Encoding:
7bit" when it needs to be "quoted-printable" to get the text
translated.  (It's all perfectly legal ASCII, you see.)

Thomas deserves to have his name spelled correctly.
