RH calls it as -f /usr/sbin/httpd, which checks out with the
docs on apache 1.2, as long as the config file location is
correct. Since it is logging things and shows the correct
configs, I'm sure that this location is compiled in as it
should be.

This is what I can't figure out. It's happening during a
period of inactivity, so not from some overactive robot
or anything. Can't find anything in logs that explain it.
I'm not running any java scripts these days, either.
