I guess we should all be thankful to RedHat for all of the goodies
they've given TLUG, and it's also nice to see a company try to 
make Linux more of a commerically acceptable product.

That being said, I would rate my experience with RedHat's
service on ApplixWare as between zero and sqrt(-1).

For three months the only reply to my one question on Applix Mail was
"sorry, we'll try to get back to you but we're kind of busy right
now".  Their support period is only 60 days, so I guess I'm
already over the hill : ).

Linux is still a do-it-yourselfer - or better yet, do it with
TLUG.
