Since, Jim Tittsler is busy :-( and there seems to be about
five people available right now, maybe we should try and
zero in on Joe Marchak's place :-) . What station was it again?
I think it was Tokyo station right? If memory serves, we
ate at Subway's :-) the last time and walked past Joe Marchak's
place on the way to Andy Howell's place for the great TLUG
install fest.

I'm anxious to distribute the Caldera CDs as soon as possible
because in the Linux world data gets old pretty quick. I
also have a Red Hat 4.1 CD that someone can have if I
manage to go down and pick it up. Unfortunately, the
current Red Hat is 4.2. However, there is still a lot
of good data on it.

Any comments on the meeting place? Maybe we can finalize on
the place and time by tomorrow and I'll try to arrange a time
to meet with Joe to see if we need to prep the equipment or not.
In traditional TLUG fashion, I imagine that we'll work things
out at the meeting.

For those of you that have never been to a meeting,
please note that the meeting are highly casual and unstructured.
The food aspect and the social content are the big draw.
Gems are knowledge are usually found by talking casually to
other members.

The Applixware I have is the developers version. So, it
is a good chance to see the development tool set if we
manage to install it. I've never seen the Caldera desktop
myself. About five free CDs will be given out.
Also, the chance to win a free Open Linux T-shirt
is probably worth the effort by itself. These look like
free-size T-shirts. (all XL I think).

Regards,
Craig
