Sunsite at Science University of Tokyo (Rika Dai) has a great line
that I use now from NACSIS. I get the full 50K+ from my net connection
from this place. For rpm users, there is a set for xemacs 20 in the
directory

ftp://sunsite.sut.ac.jp/pub/archives/linux/distributions/redhat/contrib/RPMS

There is a lot of other good stuff mirrored there as well. HTH!
