I ftp'ed to ftp6.netscape.com.  It is in the other sub-directory
along with the bsd stuff.  It is definitely there in the FTP
site.  It is not available from that automated cgi that Netscape
uses.

If you still can't find it, I'll send you the exact path of the
ftp URL.
