   Unfortunately, it looks as though it could be hardware related.

   Try setting the NVRAM to test *all* of physical memory:-

		ok   setenv selftest-#megs 16

   (where "16" is the actual number of MB in your machine) and then set
   up a test loop and leave it for a few hours:-


		ok   2000 0 do
		> test-memory
		> loop
