I've used a company in Kobe called She-Com (C-Com?); they were pretty
good and had a good English-speaking rep.  They also have an office in 
Tokyo, but the Kobe office is probably closer.  That was about 2 years 
ago though, so they may have moved or died or whatever.  I'll look up
the phone number tomorrow.
