Is there any reason not to upgrade to 1.3.x?   For example, does
the packet radio package require 1.2.x?  I remember that you 
had problems with DosEmu in the past when the kernel was changing
rapidly.

I was reading the WINE FAQ and they claim that Windows 3.1 can
be run under Dos emulation and MS Word works.  Is this for real?
