re: PPP
Anishi's server is set for dynamic IP assignment.  Local machine
becomes 144.1.117.2   Remote machine becomes 144.1.117.1 (anishi).
I used chat, but have used kermit as well.

I think everyone is using kernel above 1.1.15 so the PPP stuff should
be built into the kernel.  You need the new PPPd client, not the
one that is with most InfoMagic CD roms.

Doom command is:

linuxxdoom -net 1 144.1.117.1

Try it and prepare yourself.
