I use namecheap and namesilo. I will likely try out hover soon, too. For hosting, I like GCP. If you have a small enough site, you can do quite a bit with their free services (of course the 'free' part shouldn't be something you depend on continuing in perpetuity): https://cloud.google.com/free/
