[tlug] Yahoo.co.jp mail blacklisting

Sorry about this, this isn't a Linux question, but I am sure there are
probably people here who might be able to answer it:

Yahoo.co.jp has started blocking my server:

SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: host
mx5.mail.yahoo.co.jp [183.79.57.236]: 553 Mail from 178.63.188.162 not allowed

We're not running an open relay, or an open proxy, or on any DNSBLs. It's not
a dynamic IP address. This has been going on for a few weeks; I had assumed
that their blacklists would be updated periodically and we would fall of it,
but obviously not. The referenced web page provides no useful information
about how to get off the list. And so I don't know where to go next. Any ideas?
