To everyone who responded - thanks. Having my wife try to open up the
case and try to figure things out will be... let's say... troublesome
:-) After she thought the thing was dead, it did manage to boot up
again, so she's leaving it up and running and hoping for the best. If we
get to the point of needing to diagnose for real, I'll get her to answer
the questions posed by Jim (jep200404).
