They are called "air duster" here (in Japanese EA--DA-SU-TA-A,
エアダスター). Any of the big electronic shops also carries them, e.g.
Yodobashi or BicCamera:

Be careful not to use them too much in a closed room, esp. close to a
LP gas leakage sensor (usually found on the ceiling in the kitchen). I
usually do that outside on the balcony. (it is not really air inside,
but different gases that trigger the sensor).

Although a bit more expensive, you are better off with the ones that
can be turned upside down (without spitting liquid), e.g.:

If you are really worried about health or sensors, get a CO2 one
(expensive, with refills):

Use a vacuum cleaner with a thin attachment.
Get a long straw/narrow hose and blow (without spitting).

Cheers,
Kalin.
