・Passport
・SIM Card (if you rent a Nokia handset)
・3G handset (if you rent a 3G SIM card)

Please read the details on:

1) charges ( ¥105 / day + access fees capped at 40,000 / 30days)
2) phone compatibility (no list given but some smartphones are not ok)
and
3) advance reservation requirement (3 days or so)
