The mime/text/plain.xml file will be generated from the other four files
when you run the update-mime-database ~/.local/share/mime command.

If you look in the other four files they shouldn't say anything about being
autogenerated. If you delete (or the safer option move out of the
directory tree)
the four x-wine-extension files and run the update-mime-database command
again you should find the mime/text/plain.xml file has disappeared. Restart
nautilus and see if that has helped.
