Wayne, St, Luke's in Tsukiji is filled to the roof with foreign trained 
doctors who speak English and know which meds work best.  And, they take 
the local insurance.  They also tell you which meds can be had as 
generic alternatives and can save you a bundle.  Finally, unlike most 
Japanese hospitals, if you don't care for one doctor's manner, you are 
very free to choose another in the same ward.  I have had good 
experiences with them regarding my own blood pressure issues.
