Unless you have very strong reasons against NJABL, it would make sense
to query xbl.spamhaus.org instead.  (XBL = CBL + NJABL)
The much higher redundancy of Spamhaus' DNS infrastructure is enough to
justify the switch, IMHO.
And, once you are there, I'd seriously consider zen.spamhaus.org.
