Well, they mostly look like logs, which might be of business value
someday, but can probably be taken offline without doing any harm.
The cPanel stuff is probably leftover from an ancient upgrade; they
can probably go.

Wait for somebody who's got real experience with these apps, though.
Data labeled "cache" can probably be discarded, but won't save space
except in a very short-term emergency because they'll just get created
again in normal operation.

The cPanel stuff is probably a backup from an ancient upgrade.  Ask
the admin if there's need for them now.
