Sorry, could you better explain what is "Unix" for you, in this sentence? Did you mean
kernel vs user space? In that case, the Mach kernel is a very bad example, as you know
better than me...

Did you mean "Mach" is offering "Unix-like" syscalls interfaces to the "Unix-like"
MacOS "ls" command"? In that case "Mach" is part of the "Unix" system.

Linux, as an "Unix-like" system is the kernel only (not exactly, but well...).

Unix systems (Solaris, and other trademark licencees) include not only the kernel, but
also the "ls" command.

We have a small vocabulary issue here ;-)
