Wello, the summary of my point here is that a) cheap branching is a
fine thing if you're unable to implement a better solution to your
problem, but b) there are almost always solutions that will lead to
better software development than cheap branching will. I don't object
to the developer who says, "we're unable to implement those better
solutions." I object to the developers who think that there are no
better solutions.
