[tlug] Linux Job in Japan

Greetings List,

 

I'm new to the list, but thought I'd just go ahead and ask a brazen question.  I'm sure this has probably come up before, but I want to work here in Japan, ideally as a Linux sys admin.  But I'd probably be happy getting started in the IT world here in just about any position.  I'm already in Kyoto, where I'm working on a masters degree.  I've got about 2 years of work experience as a Linux sys admin, and my Japanese is pretty good.  (Not incredibly fluent, but good - I'm getting there)

 

So I thought I'd join the list, because obviously I've got the Linux and Japanese/Japan interest going, and I figured it couldn't hurt to go ahead and ask for job finding advice and the like.  I'd love to attend a TLUG meeting sometime in Tokyo too, but we'll see how that goes.

 

Anyway, just thought I'd say "hi" and see if anybody might help point me in the right direction.
