Just try escaping the space. For instance:
   $ cd "/home/[machine name]/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/TF-FS55M-APP/"
or:
   $ cd /home/[machine name]/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/TF-FS55M-APP/
