True.. maybe thats because noone could track if the code gets modified
somewhere, somehow anyway.

"It could attract much debate" is not a good argument to drop a 
thread ;)
I wrote this just for the obvious reasons:
- maybe someone is not aware of this
- maybe i got stuff wrong and get corrected
