Interesting that your ISP held on to that mail for 8 days before forwarding
it to TLUG...

Anyway, I suspect that the people at this store are much like those at a
local PC-World store. A friend of mine takes great pleasure in showing up
the complete lack of knowledge of anything PC-related that the salespeople
have. He has managed to have them confirm to him that the machines they
sell have hyperdrives and quantum accelerators...
