I'm not sure what you're trying to do with NAT here (I assume
"masquerading" is NAT). If you want a computer to receive unicast
messages, you just set that address on an interface.

However, the above addresses are multicast addresses, and thus all
computers see them (assuming that they're running software that's
listening). I'm not sure what the first one is, but the second one is
probably Universal Plug and Play.
