What disqualifies Red Hat is that they can't afford to pay Uli Drepper
to maintain glibc, at least that's what he said when he was in Tokyo.

Let's get real, guys.  It's like football.  You can't say football is
a working business model if they can only afford to pay Ronaldhino if
he also waters the turf every morning.

This doesn't mean that open source is not successful; just that at
this point in time it's still a successful hobby, not a business.
